                    Naturally, it's from Ergonica! |
| To: National - California - Local - Agriculture Industry - Media From: Ray Cruz, Ergonica Date: September 4, 2020 Subject: Press Release - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Topic: New Ventures for Ergonica We evolve as the world evolves. No choice, actually. Now that Ergonica has successfully sold nearly all the weeding products that we have actually manufactured in good-old California, we venture to focus on more free informational items, weed identification and control, and also a larger number of products and services including eBooks and media to download from our affiliates. Tips on growing marijuana legally is a popular informational topic, for example. The main theme we now present at Ergonica is a fresh look at a number of practical green products we all need to learn to appreciate and use as many of our traditional goodies turns out are causing environmental problems and climatic changes that bother us. So we adapt. We grow new crops and sustainable products, and we grow new ways of thinking and learning. After skidding on a few bumpy roads here and there, there is a more sustainable rainbow on the horizon. The visible spectrum now has a few more shades and variations that actually makes it more attractive. Just hang in there and be ready to adapt. Some changes are in demand more quickly than is comfortable. Hopefully, they don’t kill us before we make the right moves. Be ready. Put on your walking shoes. Shopping at the Ergonica Superstore now features Smart Shopping Tips with special features like making quick comparisons for pricing and related products among various partner marketplaces. You may be delighted by our convenient comparisons with prices and products from Amazon, as well. See customer reviews on Amazon and then compare prices on our Superstore. With the pandemic, smart online shopping is critical, not only for convenience, but also to avoid physical mixing in stores whenever possible. Some of the major problems we all face with climate change and wildfires in many parts of the world actually provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs and inventors to develop new solutions and novel ways to analyze and understand our world. New ventures. Ergonica presents a few salient ideas of this kind on our Wildfire Protection page, hoping to inspire the next generation of inventors to get busy and help to find ways to keep us all a little bit safer. We all know about the need for face masks with COVID-19 plaguing us, but it’s critically important especially for larger families to plan ahead. Although we have stopped the production of new weeding tools, we encourage other firms to seize the market for mechanical weed twister products, especially drill-powered tools. All our patents have already expired, and the demand for these items continues to be very robust. Of course, we will continue to support the products sold to our customers with accessories and service as needed. We especially hope to see U.S.A. manufacturers to take a leading role in this market, which we assume will only grow, along with robotic weeding solutions in agriculture. Ergonica can also help to provide a platform to market new quality products of this type, as we also evolve from making to marketing essential goods and services. Partnerships available.

The eighth and newest model of the Ergonica Weed Twister has now been introduced to the agricultural and home gardening communities in the U.S. and Europe on June 1, 2010. This drill-powered model (TURBOTORX 42) features an overall length of 42 inches as well as an added foam rubber sleeve grip on the shaft. This adds 6 more inches to the length of the original TurboTorx 36, which was first offered in 2008. In addition to the unique patented double coils featured in other Ergonica Weed Twister models, this tool includes a 1/2-inch drill bit and a special foam rubber Sleeve Grip on a 42-inch shaft. The 5-inch Sleeve Grip, with a sturdy PVC bushing, allows you to focus the direction of the twisting action with precision and ease, and gives you added leverage for pushing into the soil and lifting up the tool with roots and all for easy disposal. Entire unit weighs only 1 lb - 8 oz, making it possible to clear large areas with little fatigue. The Turbo Weed Twister represents a new level of technology for drill-powered weeding tools due primarily to the engineering of the unique sleeve grip and other advances which allow for a longer shaft without compromising precision and ergonomic safety. This enhances the Ergonica Weed Twister line of weeding tools from a manual operation to a semi-automated solution to weeds left behind by herbicides and other mechanical processes. Pricing and availability information is indicated on the Purchase Discount page. Currently, the TURBOTORX 42 model is only available through online purchase at www.ergonica.net.

The fourth and newest model of the Ergonica Weed Twister has now been introduced to the agricultural and home gardening communities in the U.S. and Europe on April 4, 2007. This industrial agriculture model (AGROTORQ 54) features an overall length of 54 inches as well as an added bar grip on the shaft. With dual grips, this model offers more torque strength and more speed. All four new models feature a more comfortable vinyl grip and stronger, wider steel components. The construction method has also been upgraded for all new models to withstand significantly greater torque stress without failing. The new line of Weed Twister models is also a good fit for organic farming and non-organic special crops such as celery, lettuce, sugar beets, broccoli, carrots, strawberries and others that often require hand weeding and thinning. A more efficient tool, such as the Weed Twister, can help to reduce the high cost of hand weeding. The Weed Twister can also effectively be applied to removing weeds along the edges of plastic sheets used for growing strawberries or other plasticulture applications without damaging the plastic. It can also be used for digging two-inch holes or troughs when needed for planting crops or irrigation. Pricing and availability information is indicated on the Purchase Discount page. Currently, the AGROTORQ 54 model is only available through online purchase at www.ergonica.com.

Three new models of the Ergonica Weed Twister will be introduced to the agricultural and home gardening communities in the U.S. and Europe on August 21, 2006. The industrial agriculture model (AGRONOX 48) features an overall length of 48 inches in order to comply with industry safety codes for Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas and other states, provinces and jurisdictions that restrict the use of any hand tool or short hoe for repetitive use in agriculture with a handle less than 48 inches in length. This tool is especially needed in California which state recently enacted safety regulations that restrict hand weeding in farms without the use of any tools. The ERGONOX 42 is another new model and features a length of 42 inches. This tool is designed primarily for home consumers who prefer not to stoop as much as may be required by the the 36 inch model. Although the 36 inch model can remove weeds with very little stooping, for taller people, or situations where the weeds are several feet away from the gardener's path, the ERGONOX 42 is the ideal solution. The original Weed Twister model with a length of 36 inches has also been upgraded with the new TERMINOX 36. Although the upgrade is the same overall length as the original model, the new upgrade features stronger and wider spring steel wires for the coils, and stronger rods for the shaft and handle. The 36-inch model is the elegant solution for most users, including agricultural applications, because it is lighter in weight than the longer models and is effective in removing both new seedling weeds as well as weeds with roots as deep as 6 to 12 inches in depth. The shorter models are also especially useful when working in raised beds, planters, pots or platforms. All three new models will feature a more comfortable vinyl grip and stronger, wider steel components. It can also be used for digging two-inch holes or troughs when needed for planting crops or irrigation. Pricing and availability information is indicated on the Purchase Discount page.
